WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We like to ensure our customers receive the pens and accessories as it was shipped. To protect our customers, currently, we only accept PayPal as the payment mode, as it is the most trusted payment platform. If necessary, we work on the payment methods upon customer request. We will send you a PayPal invoice once we receive confirmation of your order.

WHICH CURRENCY IS THE LISTED ITEMS PRICE?

All the items are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD). You can use the currency convertor to change it to your local currency.

ORDERING

Customer select the items and add to cart. When they are ready, the user checkout, and customer are not charge. The order is not finalized as it excludes the shipping cost. We will write an email to customer to advise the possible shipping mode and cost. Once the customer finalized the shipping mode and agreed cost. A invoice (paypal) will be send to customer. Once the payment is received, the items will be shipping within 3 working days.

Do Ship International?

For international shipments, our prefer  work shipping method is via DHL. We will also shipped the items in your preferred shipping method. The shipping fee is not included in the checkout price. We will provide you with the shipping fees once we confirm your shipping address. You will receive a regular email update on the handling of your order until the time it leaves our shop.

Shipping Cost

After you check your shipping address, we will email you the possible shipping method and its cost. The shipping cost is based on the weight and destination of your order. Singapore address is free shipping.

Returning A Purchase

I want my customers’ purchases to meet their needs and a happy with their purchases and my services.

Regardless if it new or pre-owned item, the return policy is stated on the individual product page. Proof of purchase or packing slip and invoice is required when returning an item.  The returned item must be in a new and unused state with the original box or package, including all accessories and documents (if applicable), and in the perfect condition in which we sent it out.

There will be a deduction of the shipping fees and a 10% service fee for store credit for all return items, excluding consignment items, and an additional 20% on top of service fees if you prefer a refund.

The return item will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Writing instruments that have been inked, as well as bottles and refills that have been opened, cannot be returned to me.

For consignment and AS-IS items, there are it is a no return and no claim policy unless it is stated. Please check the pictures and clarification before purchasing.

If you purchase a limited edition maki-e fountain pen from me, I offer two options for your pre-loved pens.

  1. You can consign the pen to us at your desired price. I will help you to promote and get a buyer.

  2. We could buy back the pens at 30% - 40% of your purchase price, and at my discretion. The fountain pens must be in the condition in which we sent them out.
